This booklet was initiated by Eagle Scout David A. Cameron for his Eagle Project. David was a member of BSA Troop 627 in Underhill/Jericho. To attain the rank of Eagle, the highest rank in scouting, a worthy project must be done which serves others such as a community and involves others in the process.
